Mortgage Servicing Consultants

Key to Success

Let’s Meet and Catch Up!

What better way to escape the late winter cold than with a trip to sunny Orlando, Florida for the MBA’s Servicing Solutions Conference & Expo 2020? This is the largest conference of the year for servicers in the industry. MBA is expecting over 500 organizations to attend. At last count, there are going to be over 1,400 attendees! Some of the sessions that are sounding particularly exciting are “Finding the Inspiration for Reinvention”, “Changes on the Horizon for Government Loan Servicing”, and since QIE Partners is a woman-owned business, the mPower Luncheon topic “Own Your Story – Speak Up and Stand Out” sounds very intriguing.

Chris Duran, QIE Partners, SVP – Operations, and Amanda Winburn, QIE Partners, Investor Accounting Manager, will be attending to say hello to many old friends and business partners and to meet some new friends and partners. This conference will be more timely than ever because of changes that are going on in our industry that impact our business and services. Not to mention learning about the changes that the agencies have in store for us all in 2020!  Upcoming changes include Fannie Mae simplifying the cash remittance and reconciliation process, and Ginnie Mae’s Modernization project. The dates of the conference are February 23rd through February 26th. We hope to see you at there!

In the Spring, we are off to Plano, Texas April 7th – 9th for the 34th Annual FICS Users’ Conference, where we are planning to participate as presenters, as well as speak to and catch up with our FICS clients and the FICS team.  Some of the topics that we hope to be addressing include changes in the FICS platform that affect our clients, and changes in the agency and government investor accounting requirements that are also impacting both our clients and QIE Partners. QIE Partners is proud to be a sponsor for this exciting conference.  Please let us know if you are planning to be there so we can spend some time together.
